Find Mi! Conditions of Participation

1. The organizer of the competition is Doctor Mi! GmbH, Widderstr. 18, 81679 Munich.
2. The opportunity to participate in the above-mentioned promotion ends on August 30, 2021 at 11:59 p.m.
3. Only one participation per person is possible.
4. Persons residing in Germany, Austria or Switzerland who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate.
5. Employees of Doctor Mi! GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participating in the competition.
6. Persons who register on the website https://doctormi.de/pages/aktionen-gewinnspiel using the registration form between June 29, 2021 (10:00 a.m.) and August 30, 2021 (11:59 p.m.) are eligible to win.
7. The winners will be randomly selected from all participants and notified promptly via the contact details provided.
8. 100 winners will be drawn over the entire competition period. The prize includes 1 x Doctor Mi! Travel Deluxe Set. On August 30, 2021, we will also raffle off an exclusive Doctor Mi! treatment in our practice among all participants.
9. The prize is not transferable, cannot be exchanged and cannot be paid out in cash.
10. Doctor Mi! GmbH is entitled to make changes to the prize. In this case, the winner will receive an appropriate replacement prize.
11. Legal recourse is excluded.
12. Participation via competition clubs, automated services or other service providers is not permitted.
13. The participant's data will be processed for the duration of the campaign and deleted after the campaign has been completed, unless there are retention or limitation periods that prevent this. 14. Doctor Mi! GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition at any time without giving reasons if there is suspicion of manipulation. If the winner has already been drawn, the prize can be revoked retroactively; a prize that has already been delivered can be reclaimed.
