FAQ – Ordering, Payment, and Delivery

How can I order DOCTOR MI! products?
- Select your favorite items and add them to the shopping cart. To place your order, open your shopping cart and then proceed to checkout.
- Log in with your access data, register as a new customer (create an account), or order as a guest.
- Provide address, desired shipping method, and payment
As a new customer:
Enter your billing and delivery address and select the shipping method or pick-up at the Dermatology practice at Friedensengel.
Choose one of the available payment methods.
As File Science:
Can you log into your customer account and place an order using your most recently saved information (billing and shipping address as well as payment method)?
or
use Express Checkout with ShopPay, GPay, PayPal, or amazonpay. - If you want to redeem a voucher, you can do so in the final step of the order by entering the voucher code. After successful entry, the value of your voucher will be deducted and the total amount to be paid will be updated automatically.
- In the final step of the order process, you can review all the information once again in the order summary and make corrections if necessary.
- Complete the order by clicking the "Pay Now" button. Please note that subsequent changes are unfortunately not possible for technical reasons.
As a registered customer, you can view the current status of your order at any time under "My Account".

Is there a minimum order value for orders in the DOCTOR MI! online shop?
No, there is no minimum order value in the DOCTOR MI! online shop.
From an order value of €50, we deliver your products free of shipping costs; below €50, the shipping costs within Germany are €3.95 (outside Germany you can find the shipping costs here.)
For voucher promotions that are tied to a minimum order value, please refer to the respective promotional terms and conditions for the minimum order value. -
How can I check my order status?
As soon as your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email from us with a link to the shipment tracking. This allows you to easily track the status of your shipment. As a registered customer, you can also view the current status of your order at any time in your customer account. For this, please log in to your customer account. -
Which payment methods are possible?
We currently offer the following payment options: payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard as well as AMEX), PayPal, Google Pay, invoice with Klarna, immediate payment with Klarna. You can find the details of the individual payment methods in our AGB. -
How will my order be shipped?
We usually hand over your order to our shipping partner DHL on the same day; the package transit time until delivery is usually 2-4 business days. You can find the exact delivery times to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and internationally here.
Within Switzerland, your order will be delivered with "A-Post". -
Where can I have my order delivered?
You can have your order delivered to your home, but of course also to a delivery address different from the billing address and to a Packstation. -
Are deliveries abroad also possible?
We ship to the following countries: Germany, European Union, the rest of Europe, overseas. The applicable shipping costs can be found in our AGB. -
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
We offer free shipping within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland for orders with a minimum value of €50.00. The shipping costs within Germany are €3.95. The shipping costs for deliveries to Austria are €9.90 and to Switzerland €16.50 (including postage and customs).
For shipping abroad and the rest of Europe, a flat shipping fee of €10.95 per order is charged.

How do I get a discount code?
We regularly run special promotions throughout the year, during which we, for example, offer a discount or provide a voucher code for your order. How can I buy a gift card?
You can conveniently purchase gift cards in our online shop: four voucher amounts are available: 50 euros, 100 euros, 150 euros, and 200 euros. Select your desired voucher amount and add it to your shopping cart. The ordering process is the same as for our other products.
You will receive your personal voucher code at the email address used in the order. This can be used in the order in the Gift Card or Discount Code field.

How can I register in the DOCTOR MI! online shop?
To create a customer account in the DOCTOR MI! online shop, please open the account section and click on "Create account." Then enter your first and last name as well as your email address and set a password. By clicking "Create" again, your customer account will be created.
In a final step, please activate your account via the link in the email we sent. -
What are the advantages of registering in the online shop?
The personal "My Account" area (insert and link icon) makes shopping in the DOCTOR MI! online shop easier:
- Your personal data is stored directly for future orders.
- You can save your preferred payment method.
- Under the section "My Addresses," you can save the billing address as well as various delivery addresses and easily select them.
- You have an overview of your orders - including order status, shipment tracking, and online invoice.

You forgot your password? Here's how easily you can recover it.
- Click on the LOGIN icon at the top right of the website and click on the link Forgot your password?.

What makes DOCTOR MI! products so unique?
All our DOCTOR MI! products are consistently scientifically validated from the earliest development phase to the finished formula. How do I know which products are right for me?

Can DOCTOR MI! products be used safely during pregnancy?
In general, the use of retinol or vitamin A-containing products during pregnancy is not recommended. The following products in our range do not contain retinol or vitamin A derivatives and are therefore suitable during pregnancy: MAMA SET (Mama Face and Baby Belly), CLEAN, PEEL, TONE, SERUM, SUN as well as our SUPER GLOW, SUPER HYDRA, and SUPER RADIANT products. You should avoid TONE S during pregnancy due to the salicylic acid. -
Are DOCTOR MI! products hypoallergenic?
Yes, all products are hypoallergenic, i.e., they contain no allergens. -
Do DOCTOR MI! products contain fragrances?
All DOCTOR MI! products contain no artificial fragrances. DOCTOR MI! medical skincare works exclusively with natural fragrances, such as oils.

Does DOCTOR MI! conduct animal testing?
No, we categorically exclude animal testing for all DOCTOR MI! products and ingredients, both now and in the future. We have deliberately refrained from registering and selling our products in China, as animal testing for cosmetic products is legally required there. -
Are the DOCTOR MI! products comedogenic?
Some ingredients are suspected of clogging pores and thus worsening acne – these are called comedogenic. This term is derived from the technical term Comedo (from Latin com-edere: to consume, to eat up) for blackheads. These, in turn, arise from clogged sebaceous glands, which can also become inflamed and result in pimples.
However, the DOCTOR MI! medical skincare was specifically designed to strengthen the skin's own barrier and create a balanced, healthy complexion. -
Do the products from DOCTOR MI! contain an SPF?
The DOCTOR MI! care products do not contain SPF. Since we have focused the main attention of the DOCTOR MI! products on the effective, evidence-based ingredients, the products do not contain SPF. To protect the skin from harmful sun rays and to prevent skin aging, we have developed our own sunscreen called SUN with an SPF of 50+. We recommend applying appropriate UV protection with SPF 50+ both in summer and winter. -
Where can I find the list of ingredients contained in DOCTOR MI!
The exact specification of all ingredients (= INCI: International Nomenclature Cosmetic Ingredients) for each DOCTOR MI! product can be found on the respective outer packaging or on our online shop on the respective product detail page. -
How long are the products shelf-stable?
All DOCTOR MI! products should be used up within approximately 6 months after opening. Only within this period after opening can the quality of our products be guaranteed. Unopened, our products have an unlimited shelf life.
