FAQ - Ordering, payment and delivery

How can I order Doctor Mi! products?
- Select your favorite items and put them in the shopping cart. To place your order, go to your shopping cart and then go to checkout.
- Log in with your login details, register as a new customer (create an account) or order as a guest.
- Give your address, desired shipping and payment method
As a new customer:
Enter your billing and delivery address and choose the shipping method or pick-up at the Dermatologie am Friedensengel practice.
Select one of the available payment methods.
As an existing customer:
You can log into your customer account and order using the information you saved last (billing and delivery address and payment method)
or
use the express checkout with ShopPay, GPay, PayPal or amazonpay. - If you want to redeem a voucher, you can do this in the last step of ordering by entering the voucher code. After successful entry, your voucher value will be deducted and the total amount to be paid will be automatically updated.
- In the last ordering step, you can check all the information in the order overview again and make corrections if necessary.
- Complete the order by clicking the "Buy now" button. Please note that subsequent changes are unfortunately not possible for technical reasons.
As a registered customer you can go to "My account“ at any time to see the current status of your order. -
Is there a minimum order value for orders in Doctor Mi! online shop?
No, there is no minimum order value in the Doctor Mi! Online shop.
From orders of 60.00 EUR, delivery is free; below 60.00 EUR, the shipping costs within Germany are 3.95 EUR (more information on shipping costs outside Germany here).
For voucher campaigns that are linked to a minimum order value, please refer to the respective terms and conditions for the minimum order value. -
Can I also order by phone or email?
Yes, you can order by phone: please contact our customer service at +49 89 - 90 14 81 88. You can also email us what you would like to order and we will contact you by phone to get the order details (delivery address, desired payment method etc.) to discuss with you. -
How can I check my order status?
As soon as your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email from us with a link to track your shipment. This makes it easy to track the status of your shipment. As a registered customer, you can also view the current status of your order at any time in your customer account. To do this, please log into your customer account. -
Which payment methods are available?
We currently offer the following payment options: Payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard and AMEX), PayPal, invoice or pay immediately with Klarna, Sofort bezahlen, amazonpay, iDEAL, eps transfer, Bancontact. You can find the details of the individual payment methods in our conditions. -
How will my order be shipped?
We usually hand over your order to our shipping partner DHL on the same day; the delivery time of the parcel usually takes between 3-4 working days. -
Where can I have my order delivered to?
You can have your order delivered to your home, but also, of course, to a delivery address that differs from the billing address or to a packing station. -
Are deliveries abroad possible too?
We ship to the following countries: Germany, European Union, the rest of Europe, overseas. You can find the incurred shipping costs in our conditions. -
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
We deliver free of charge within Germany from an orders of 60.00 EUR.
For shipping abroad, we charge the following shipping costs per order:
Austria: 9.90 EUR
Remaining Europe: 10.95 EUR
Switzerland: 16.00 EUR

How do I get a discount code?
We regularily carry out special promotions throughout the year, where we, i.e., offer a discount or a voucher code for your order. To find out about the current voucher codes and to be informed about our latest promotions, subscribe to our newsletter and take a look at our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest).

How can I buy a gift card?
You can easily buy gift cards in our online shop. Four voucher amounts are available: 50.00 EUR, 100.00 EUR, 150.00 EUR and 200.00 EUR. Select your desired voucher amount and put it in your shopping cart. The order process is the same as with our other products.
You will receive your personal voucher code at the email address used in the order. This can be used in the gift card or discount field when ordering.

How can I register for the Doctor Mi! online shop?
To create a customer account in the Doctor Mi! online shop, please open account area and click on "Create Account". Then enter your first and last name as well as your e-mail address and assign a password. With another click on "Create", your customer account will be created.
In a final step, please activate your account using the link in the email we sent you. -
What are the advantages of registering in the online shop?
The personal "My Account" area (insert icon and link) makes shopping in the Doctor Mi! online shop easier:- Your personal data is saved directly for future orders.
- You can save your preferred payment method.
- Under the heading "My addresses" you can save the billing address and various delivery addresses and select them very easily.
- You have an overview of your orders - including order status, shipment tracking and online billing.

What do I when I forgot my password?
Forgot your password? It can easily be restored.- Click on the LOGIN symbol in the top right corner of the website and click on the link "Have you forgotten your password"?.
- Then enter your email under "Reset password" and click on "Send".
- You will receive an email with which you can reset your password.

What makes Doctor Mi! Products so unique?
All of our Doctor Mi! Products are scientifically proven from the earliest development phase to the finished formula. Extensive clinical tests prove that the effectiveness of our products clearly stands out from that of other medical skincare brands. Please find more information here on the subject. -
How do I know which products are right for me?
You can easily use our skin test to find the right products for you. You are also welcome to seek advice from our Skin Experts. If you have further questions, you can also send an email to support@doctormi.de. -
Are Doctor Mi! Products safe to use during pregnancy?
It is, of course, possible to use active skin care products containing fruit acids or salicylic acid, for example, during pregnancy. We only recommend that you refrain from using our RED skin booster (TECMi!® Retinol care) and our NIGHT care in the time you are pregnant. -
Are Doctor Mi! hypoallergenic products?
Yes, all products are hypoallergenic, i.e. they do not contain any allergens. -
Do Doctor Mi! products contain fragrances?
Every single Doctor Mi! product does not contain any artificial fragrances. Doctor Mi! medical skincare exclusively works with natural fragrances, such as oils. -

Does Doctor Mi! carry out animal testing?
No, all Doctor Mi! products are not tested on animals. -
Are the Doctor Mi! Products comedogenic?
Some ingredients are suspected of clogging pores and thus worsening acne - these are called comedogenic. This is derived from the technical term comedo (from Latin com-edere: to consume, eat up) for blackheads. These, in turn, are caused by blocked sebum glands which can also become inflamed and cause pimples. Doctor Mi! medical skincare, however, was specially designed to strengthen your own skin barrier and create a balanced, healthy complexion. -
Do Doctor Mi! contain an SPF?
No, Doctor Mi! care does not contain any SPF. Since we have put the main focus of Doctor Mi! products on powerful, evidence-based ingredients, the products do not contain any SPF. To protect the skin and prevent skin aging, we recommend that you apply UV protection of 50+ SPF in both summer and winter. -
Where can I get a list of the contained ingredients in Doctor Mi! products?
The exact specification of all ingredients (= INCI: International Nomenclature Cosmetic Ingredients) for every Doctor Mi! product you will find on the respective outer packaging or in our online shop on the respective product detail page. -
How long is the shelf life of the products?
All Doctor Mi! Products should be used up within approx. 6 months after opening. The quality of our products can only be guaranteed within this period after opening. Our products have an indefinite shelf life when unopened.
