General Terms and Conditions – Doctor Mi! GmbH
The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our offer is directed exclusively at consumers.
1. Scope of Application
For Germany: A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).
For Austria and Switzerland: The corresponding legal definitions of consumer protection law apply.
2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with Doctor Mi! GmbH. By placing the products in the online shop, we submit a binding offer to conclude a contract. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive a confirmation via email.
3. Contract Language, Storage of the Contract Text
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German. We store the contract text and send you the order data and our GTC in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet after the order has been completed.
4. Delivery Conditions
Shipping costs may apply in addition to the stated product prices. For orders with a value of 50 Euro or more, we ship free of charge within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. For deliveries to other countries, the flat rates displayed during the ordering process apply.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

- Klarna (Invoice, Installment Purchase, Direct Debit)
6. Special Conditions for Subscriptions (Subscription Model)
For products purchased as part of a subscription, the following additional conditions apply:

The reduced subscription price is granted under the condition that the minimum term is observed. |
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
8. Warranty and Guarantees
Statutory liability rights for defects apply. Information on any additional guarantees that may apply can be found with the respective product.
9. Liability
For claims based on damage caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents, we are always liable without limitation in the event of injury to life, body, or health, as well as in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty. In the event of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to the foreseeable damage.
10. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for Online Dispute Resolution (OS). We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
