What sets DOCTOR MI! medical skincare retinol care products apart from other retinol care products is the special TECMi!® deep technology: This is a special process in which the retinol molecules are double-encapsulated. This is done for two main reasons:

The double encapsulation protects the retinol molecules and makes them more resistant, for example to the sun's rays.

When using Retinol for the first time as a Retinol beginner, it's not uncommon for your skin to react with mild redness, sun sensitivity, and dryness. Contrary to what is often assumed, this is a good sign: This is because your skin is indicating to you that its transformation process has been activated.
Generally, a skin transformation lasts between 6 to 12 weeks. After that, thanks to the cell-activating effect of Retinol, your skin is no longer dependent on external moisture supply but provides itself with sufficient moisture. You should only make sure that your skincare has moisture-retaining properties to not restrict cell activity again.
Regardless of Retinol use, you should use SPF 50+ daily and year-round to adequately protect your skin from UVA and UVB rays.
RED should only be used in the evening and in place of our NIGHT cream. Start your RED skincare with 2 applications per week. As soon as you find that your skin agrees with it, you can increase the applications to 5 per week. However, you should not use RED more often than that.
