- Generally, you should use SPF 50+ all year round to protect your skin from sun damage.

How long does it take until I see results on my skin?
A profound change in skin with DOCTOR MI ! products usually takes between 6 and 12 weeks. You can see the first results after just a few weeks, and with regular use you will see a permanent change in your skin's appearance.
What exactly is acne and how do I recognize it?
Acne (also called acne vulgaris) is the most common of all skin diseases, but it is not contagious. If your skin has more than the occasional blackhead and pimples keep recurring, it is called acne. Acne is caused by a blockage of the sebaceous glands, which results in blackheads (so-called comedones), small skin thickenings (papules), pus-filled nodules (pustules) and inflamed nodules.
Acne usually occurs during puberty, when hormones change during adolescence. But even after puberty, acne can be genetic and cause problems for adults. In this case, it is referred to as late-onset acne, also known as acne tarda.

How often can I use the set products?
You can and should use the products in our care range for impure skin and acne every day, this even applies to our gentle facial peeling PEEL. Only with our skin booster RED do we recommend that you start with 2 evening applications per week. If you notice that your skin tolerates the RED treatment well, you can increase the treatment to up to 5 applications per week.
