Terms and Conditions "Play with Mi!"

Terms and conditions for promotions and prize draws as part of "Play with Mi!"

1. Organizer. The organizer of the promotions is Doctor Mi! GmbH, Tölzer Str. 30 a, 82031 Grünwald, Germany ("Doctor Mi").

2. Participation. Participation takes place via the knowledge games ("Play with Mi!") in the Mi-Chat on doctormi.de by fully completing a game within the respective promotional period. Participation is free of charge and not dependent on the purchase of goods. For rewards (Inner Circle points, vouchers, instant wins, or prize draws), a customer account and registration in the shop are required so that we can assign the reward. Only one rewarded entry per person is possible per promotion (game deck); the game itself can be played as often as desired.

3. Eligibility for participation. Eligible to participate are natural persons aged 18 and over with residence in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland. Employees of Doctor Mi! GmbH and their relatives are excluded from prize draws. Participation via sweepstakes services, automated processes, or multiple accounts is not permitted.

4. Promotional period and rewards. The promotional period and the type of reward are displayed for each promotion in the chat. For Inner Circle points, the terms and conditions of the "The Inner Circle" loyalty program apply additionally. Vouchers are non-transferable, valid for one-time use only in the Doctor Mi online shop, and cannot be combined with other vouchers; the validity period is displayed upon issuance. Cash payment or retrospective offsetting of rewards is excluded.

5. Prize draws and instant wins. For prize draws, the winners are determined at random after the end of the promotional period from all valid entries and notified by email to the address stored in the customer account. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the prize may be drawn again. For instant wins, the prize is determined automatically and at random immediately after the game ends and is displayed in the chat.

6. Exclusion. Doctor Mi may exclude participants from the promotion in the event of manipulation (e.g., technical interference, multiple accounts, false information) and may revoke or reclaim unlawfully obtained rewards.

7. Modification and premature termination. Doctor Mi may adapt, interrupt, or terminate a promotion prematurely if proper execution cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. Rewards already credited remain unaffected by this.

8. Data protection. As part of the promotions, we process the data required for implementation (customer account ID, email address, game participation and completion). Data will not be passed on to third parties for advertising purposes. Further information can be found in our Privacy Policy.

9. Final provisions. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. For prize draws, the right of appeal to the courts regarding the execution of the draw is excluded. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
