Our mild facial cleansing gel CLEAN removes sebum and dirt from your skin without drying it out or affecting its pH value. The composition of this facial cleansing gel is particularly effective and very gentle at the same time:
- CLEAN regulates fatty acids and reduces the skin's sebum production.
- The natural antioxidants contained in CLEAN inhibit inflammation and ward off external influences, even on severe problem skin.

Should I remove my makeup before using the cleansing gel?
With CLEAN you can easily do without a separate make-up remover: Despite its very gentle cleansing, it removes make-up effortlessly and leaves no residue.
Does CLEAN dry out the skin?
No, you don't have to worry about CLEAN drying out your skin: It is a very mild facial gel that has a deep cleansing effect but does not attack the skin's protective acid mantle. In addition, thanks to the vitamin B5 it contains, CLEAN ensures that your skin retains moisture optimally and does not lose it.
Why can't I use regular hand soap to clean my face?
When cleansing your face, it is important that you use a pH-neutral cleanser. The pH value of the skin is around 5 on the pH scale, which means it is slightly acidic. Conventional hand soap, on the other hand, has a pH value between 9 and 10, which means it is alkaline, irritates the skin and is therefore not suitable for cleansing the face. In addition, cleansing the face can also be nourishing, which normal soap cannot do, but which the CLEAN cleansing gel can. This means that with our facial gel, you are not only sure that your skin's acid mantle is kept intact with gentle cleansing, but you are also supplying it with valuable and nourishing active ingredients such as vitamin B5, Syricalm™ CLR and panthenol.
Can I also use CLEAN for blemishes on my back or chest?
Yes, CLEAN is not only suitable as a cleansing gel for the face, you can also use it to cleanse your back or décolleté. It is best combined with TONE (for normal, dry and sensitive skin) or TONE.S (for very impure, acne-prone skin).
What is the consistency of CLEAN and what does it smell like?
CLEAN has a gel-like consistency and a natural, unobtrusive scent. Like all DOCTOR MI! medical skincare, CLEAN does not contain any artificial fragrances, as these can irritate and weaken the skin.
